Pending Post Content Component

The pending post content component will display a post needed to be reviewed. Moderator of the community can review the pending post and can accept or decline.

Pending Posts	Moderator can review the pending post to accept or decline. If the user is not a moderator, the list will be the user's own posts needed to be reviewed.
