Our dashboard offers comprehensive insights into the activity within your community, chat, and live stream. It provides detailed analytic data that enables you to gain a deeper understanding of your users' engagement behavior, empowering you to make informed decisions to enhance their experience.
To enable the Social Insights feature, please contact our support team. Once the support team raises a task ticket, our development team will enable the feature for you.
The overall data of your applications is available in the "My Network" tab.
There are three separate sections for social, chat, and live stream. You can find related data for each module in their respective tabs.
You can switch between applications to view each app's data by clicking on the dropdown menu on the left-hand side.
You can customize the data range to suit your preferences. This allows you to review past data and compare it easily with specific periods for better analysis and decision-making.
