Navigate to the desired post
Click the comment field at the bottom
Type your comment
Click "Send" to publish
Before commenting, choose your posting identity:
Myself: Post as admin user
Shows your admin profile
Uses your username
Brand: Post as official brand
Displays brand icon
Shows verification badge (✓)
Represents official company voice
Find the comment you want to respond to
Click the "Reply to comment" button (conversation icon)
A reply field appears showing:
Original comment quoted
Reply text box
Profile selector
Send button
Nested under original comment
Shows connection to parent comment
Maintains threading for conversation clarity
