Creating Comments

Basic Comment Creation

  1. Navigate to the desired post

  2. Click the comment field at the bottom

  3. Type your comment

  4. Click "Send" to publish

Comment as

Before commenting, choose your posting identity:

  • Myself: Post as admin user

    • Shows your admin profile

    • Uses your username

  • Brand: Post as official brand

    • Displays brand icon

    • Shows verification badge (✓)

    • Represents official company voice

Replying to Comments

Starting a Reply

  1. Find the comment you want to respond to

  2. Click the "Reply to comment" button (conversation icon)

  3. A reply field appears showing:

    • Original comment quoted

    • Reply text box

    • Profile selector

    • Send button
